The delicious organic vegetables of the Restaurant Amitié are grown according to the precise rules of permaculture, just a stone’s throw from the restaurant, in Marianne’s Garden at the nearby Château d’Ollwiller.
They make up the various dishes of the beautiful vegetarian menu called “Jardin de Marianne”, some of which are grilled on the flame of the Charcoa grill.
